A coaching conversation with a thinking partner, one of our experienced coaches, can help you make profound and sustainable change in your life and career.

We offer clients three executive coaching options depending on their needs:

Strategic Coaching - Long-Term Executive Partnership

A comprehensive 6–12 month executive coaching programme for leaders driving change across teams and organisations. (Total of 22.5 hours of coaching time over 6-12 months. )

  • Six 1.5 hour coaching sessions face to face or online
  • Two 45 minute three way contracting sessions with a sponsor
  • E mail follow up after each session with coaching exercises and additional reading
  • Support and encouragement via email and phone calls between sessions (up to 2 hours per month) over 6 -12 months

(Psychometric assessments and stakeholder interviews would incur an additional fee)

Transformational Coaching – Deep Leadership Growth

A 6-month journey to strengthen self-awareness, influence and impact through in-depth executive coaching. (Total of 22.5 hours of executive coaching time over 6-12 months.)

  • Six 1.5 hour coaching sessions face to face or online
  • Two 45 minute three way contracting sessions with a sponsor
  • E mail follow up after each session with coaching exercises and additional reading

(Psychometric assessments and stakeholder interviews would incur an additional fee)

Foundational Coaching – A Focused Boost

Total of 1.5 hours of executive coaching in a one-off session, with the option of pursuing a full coaching programme at a later stage
